It's Holy Wednesday and I was supposed to be staying at home today but I have arranged a date with a very dear friend of mine, BFF Jelai.
She's a friend/partner-in-crime/classmate/confidante, and everything else, since my college days. We talks through Tango every now and then but then, I wasn't informed she'll be coming home this year. And yes, she didn't really bother telling anyone else aside from her family. It might be because of something she cannot disclose to everyone else.
So, yesterday, I asked if I could abduct here so we could meet and catch up. At first, she really doesn't wanna go out. I didn't understood why but I still insisted on meeting her. And it's today that we'll be meeting up at school. She said she'll have to request for some documents from school and all.
We were suppose to meet by 9am but I ended up coming around 10:30am and she, few minutes past 11am. Good thing the school offices would be open till 11:30. I sat at the lobby and read the ebook I have on my phone.
After school, we went to a salon just across the street. She just asked what's good for her hair. Then we went to Robinson's Place where we usually hang-out before. We were about to have lunch there but we ended up just trying to see what's new there. Then, we headed to SM City Lipa and had our dinner at The Old Spaghetti House. We are both overwhelmed with talking and listening abput what happened to both of us for the past 2yrs she's in Los Angeles, we forgot to take photos there. Lame!
I finally understood why she suddenly went home withput any notice or anything. But, of course, I cannot say anything in here. That's, well, a bit private.
Then we just hang-out at foodcourt so we called talk more, and more, and more. This time, we finally took photos together.
We spent some time checking those clothing stores before we decided to head back to Robinson's. She needed to withdraw from BPI, just beside the said mall.
After long hours of falling in line and waiting, we agreed to have a cup of coffee/frappe at Starbucks, few walks away from the bank.
We still had soooooo much to talk about. Oh, and we met Chaddy Luclucan and Mec Caseres there; had some talk before they left. And before we knew it, it's almost 8pm. We had no choice but to go home and she gave me 3bars of sweets before we separate ways.
It was more or less nine hours but it still felt like it wasn't enough at all. Hihi. Anyways, we promised to meet up before she goes back to LA. I missed her big time. :)
